Come See Into Me (poem)

The looking glass isn’t

What it used to be.

The light reflects off you

And straight through the heart of me.

Emerald streams pierce through my mind

It will all unfold in the flow of time.

Come, see into me

Come, see into me

The looking glass isn’t

What it used to be.

The frame is chipped and bruised

But that’s not all there is to see.

Ruby thoughts pierce through my heart

Trust me, it’s the best place to start.

Come, see into me

Come, see into me

Don’t turn your head away from the light

Don’t turn your head away from my eyes

Don’t pretend the dark isn’t seeping through

Don’t pretend the dark isn’t intriguing you.

Come, see into me

Come, see into me
